The excel is a monthly record of archers progress. It shows their average arrow score of 72 arrows shot at a 40cm face at 55 feet. When their average increases to another colour band they receive an AGB progress badge.
The excel only shows progress so the date is when the improvement was recorded. Sometimes an archer may not better their average in years !
